You can see that there is not only a guesthouse there, but a way of life and a continuous project of rehabilitation of this old beautiful village, which you can actually live in during your stay. The villas were so comfortable and cleaned very day. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding. The pool area was relaxing and the sunbeds by the beach were reserved for us whenever we required . It was an amazing holiday and we would love to come back. The location was ideal close to shops and restaurants right on the beach front.

a wonderful place for a hiker located directly on the corfu trail. all is clean and fine, with refreshments and a coffee machine and breakfast croissants. you appreciate this so much as a hiker :-) georges taverna is around the corner and almiros beach is great! the best about the place is michael: he helped me to arrange all my shuttle services on the island and it was a very heartful contact. i highly recommend this place 🤩💖

Perfect stay! Lovely apartment, spotless clean, nicely decorated in a blend of modern and traditional. Plenty of amenities and, having arrived past midnight, greatly appreciated having a bottle of cold water plus quality coffee capsules and some food to have in the morning! Loved the garden, very well kept, with its ancient olive tree. Pool is great too, with sufficient sunbeds and umbrellas. Couple of very nice extras, such as a camera-printer combo to take a selfie and print it out on the spot. The host has been absolutely great, welcoming and helpful all the way through, truly seeking to provide the best experience for his guests. Location is excellent, close to supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, plenty of good restaurants, and a 10-minutes walk away from the beach. Definitely recommend and would come back for more!

The apartment is stunning with everything you could possibly need, it truely is a home away from home. The host Katia is beautiful and so friendly, she gave us some great recommendations for places to visit and her home made cake is delicious. Communication was great and when our flight was delayed, she stayed up until 2am to make sure we could get into the apartment and we had arrived safely. Superb stay!

We spent only four nights but we are sure that we will be back, hopefully next year again for longer stay. The Kipos Apartment is great for travellers who prefer self-catering holiday. It´s like home-away-from-home - it provides you with all you need and has a very cosy atmosphere. The distance to shops, restaurants and Kassiopi center is just a stone-throw away and still it´s very quiet and relaxing. Sotiris, the owner, is very helpful and kind - you will feel in very good hands there.

    Beautiful villa in the middle of an olive grove overlooking the sea. Spacious rooms all facing the sea. Breathtaking seafacing views from the balconies. Many seating areas inside and outside the villa. Great pool. Peace and quiet. Plenty of beaches just a few minutes away by car. Wonderful.

    Great spacious private property with excellent facilities- the pool was wonderful and was cleaned every morning. Lovely rural setting. Hosts, Martha and Dimitris, were so helpful and kind, they took such pride in the Villa and nothing was too much trouble.

    It was a perfect holiday house, one of the best we been so far. Pool was perfect for us and our 5y.o. who even managed to learn how to swim :) Janis was very welcoming host and generous gift for us was just too cute. You will learn about it yourself. :) Everything is clean and rooms are cleaned every single day until perfection. It was private and quiet. Close to Roda and Kassiopi towns. Recommend 100%.

    The villa was very modern and comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing by the private pool without being overlooked by neighbours. It felt like a hotel stay with comfortable beds, quality bedding and daily housekeeping. Within easy driving distance of Kassiopi and Old Parithia.

    Simply amazing place - such a beautiful atmosphere and setting in the old village. The room was extremely well appointed and luxurious with lots of lovely touches. David and Marieke are absolutely wonderful hosts who know just how to make you feel welcome and looked after. The breakfast was brilliant, we loved the fact that they have tried very hard to use only local products. Very highly recommended, wish we could have stayed longer.

    Everything. A fantastic place to stay & relax with our friends. We were made to feel welcome by Martha who met us on arrival. Facilities were superb - bedrooms all en-suite, pool, outside areas for dining. The villa was cleaned during our 5 night stay & fresh towels provided. There was a good supply of shower & pool towels anyway. We were able to message the property for a few extra items & these were waiting for us on arrival.

    Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the tennis court, pool and the barbecue. In reality the pictures from the listing don’t show the full beauty that the villa is. Definitely a 100% recommendation

    Quiet location, but within easy walk to village tavernas, or short drive to local towns - all which had excellent restaurants. Close drive to nearby beaches. Villa was very clean, towels and linen changed regularly, high quality accommodation, wonderful pool and outside area. Easy parking. Excellently supported by the management team, including access to another of their company owned facilities.
