Amazing property that sits on a massive land with its own gardens, chicken enclosure, large car park. Very large, clean apartment with all the equipment organised efficiently. Owner is a lovely person who brought us cheesy toasts and garnish when we arrived and organised the taxi for our return. Property is close to beach, however, you will need a car to stay here but unless you are staying in Kos Town, you will need a car to get around anyway as Kos is a very big island

Lovely family run hotel, beautiful views, great pool, exceptional value for money, excellent food, the best olives I've ever tasted grown at the hotel, greek breakfast is superb. Chrysoula who dealt with check in and runs the bar / food area was great, so friendly and helpful. All in all a great holiday and will definitely return.

Our stay in Kos, Greece was absolutely delightful! The apartment was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a large balcony that provided a perfect spot to relax. Despite its central location, the hotel was wonderfully quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. Its proximity to the bus station made it incredibly convenient for day trips to nearby towns such as Kardamena, Kefalos, and Mastichari, where you can catch a ferry to the beautiful island of Kalymnos. The hotel maintenance staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed. One day, they even surprised us with local sweets left at our door. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kos!

The location of the apartment is amazing, 30 seconds you're in the square with restaurants and shops. The harbour is nearby. . It is very spacious with a small balcony with 2 chairs. The host Pauline and her sister is amazing, friendly and helpful. Pauline even picked up our baggage with her scooter from the harbour when we arrived on Kos.

Cozy, tastefully furnished and exceptionally clean one bedroom apartment in a newly renovated, lovely authentic house with a relaxing private seating area on the patio, covered with lots of green. Excellent location. Just a stone's throw from the port and the city center, but still in a quiet and cozy neighborhood, within just a few minutes' walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes and grocery stores. Irini, our lovely and attentive host, made our stay a truly remarkable experience. We also enjoyed the traditional Greek cuisine at their family restaurant "Fidelio" in the city center. An absolute recommendation.

This apartment got everything one may need on vacation. The flat offers a lot of space, 3 balconies and is also well-furnished. If you prefer to prepare a meal by yourself sometimes, kitchen's equipment is more than satisfying for a long stay. Moreover, one of the most relaxing beaches is just around 700 meter far away. You can reach the city for grocery & co in 2-3min by car. It takes you only 2-3 min drive to get to Lidl or max 5 min to touristic area with plenty of little stores, bars and restaurants. Moreover, you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets just from your balcony.

    We had a magical stay at TAF Villas and I can't thanks Louise, Joanna and Cassie (as well as the other staff) enough. The place is fantastic, but the service provided is even better with the staff going the extra mile the whole time. It felt nearly like holidaying with extra family:) A strong recommend.

    Beautiful clean modern finish to the property, very aesthetically pleasing! Staff are very welcoming, Cassie, Val and the team were amazing. My daughter also loved them. There is a beautiful family vibe in the villa, the owner Louise was the perfect host and made us feel at home away from home. We will look forward to coming here every year as our family vacation. To top it off the food was incredible!

    We had an amazing stay in Xenos Villa 2. The host answered all our questions and was very helpful, thank you for that! Villa is beautiful, clean and big, there are 5 separate bedrooms which was perfect for our family. The environment, private pool with fresh water and palm trees around the pool stole our hearts! The location was very convenient for us. Our stay was AMAZING! We highly recommend it!

    Villa was spacious with lovely pool area and a brilliant location with views of sea and mountains in a quiet location, but just 15 min walk into heart of Tigaki Resort. Hosts were fantastic, Nicholas and Katerina were lovely and made our family welcome in their villa.
