It is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host is great, very forthcoming. He asked us evening before, what we want for breakfast and next morning all was there, accompanied by freshly plucked apricots from own garden.

We stayed at this property during our son's stay at the tennis academy in Sassuolo and highly recommend it. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. There was free parking at the building and a short distance away was an extremely good restaurant owned by the same owner and serving delicious Italian cuisine. Breakfast was available from 6 am. The staff at the property was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this property again.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Wonderful place, with a very friendly and helpful host. Old interior, beautiful historic style, but renovated on an absolutely modern standard. Location very central between train station and the historic city center. Reggio is not a standard destination but very much worth a visit. We’d come back any time.
