Excellent location in center of Riccione. Close to restaurants, bars, shops. The beach is next to the apartment. Excellent sea view from the living room balcony and side sea view from the bedroom balcony. The living room balcony is big and can accommodate up to 6 persons with a table and a couch. Both rooms have big TV. All the necessary appliances and cooking tools are provided. The underground parking was provided by the host and is about 200-300 meters away and is 10 euro/day. If you travel by car is absolutely necessary.

The location is great 5 mins walk from the bustle of Via Dante but in a quiet residential area. 10 minutes walk from the beach. We were working from the apartment - Wifi connectivity was great, Smart TV so we could watch all of our subscription channels. Newly refurbished with modern decor and new equipment. Emiliano was very responsive to our requests and gave us a lift to the station on departure. We borrowed bicycles several times form the related hotel.

We liked the big spaces of the property, the garden super nice, living room and kitchen too. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it but i definitely advice this place to families and friends who wants to be all together for vacation. The owner super nice, friendly and at our disposal for everything we needed.
