Amazing wiew, delicious dinner and really comfortable and wonderful staff. Massage and private Onsen were amazing with stunning wiew of Fuji. Lake is opposite of the hotel, also they have a free château transfer to the bus and train station. It was really comfortable. Hope will come back next year.

It is not just a hotel, it is an experience. One of the best things we did in Japan. Authentic food, amazing view, and authentic Japanese hospitality. Be aware that if you are a couple, you will need to enjoy the onsen separately. However, there is also a bath in the room.
