Great hotel in Karakol. Very nice and helpful owner who speaks great English, comfortable room, lunch box provided when we were leaving before breakfast time. Beautifully decorated communal room, fridge and water provided in the room and tea in the dinning hall, private parking. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

The place is a heaven for doing sports. Nearby there is a Karakol valley where you can go hiking or running. The guest house owners have bicycles and sup board for rent. There are places for doing these activities. Also, for those who like driving a car there is a jeep for rent available. The property itself is clean and neat. You can feel the design taste of it. Especially, I enjoyed a garden with a fireside in the evening. The property owners Julia and Vladimir are friendly and intelligent people. They are helpful and can provide an advice about activities at Karakol. Thank you!

Good quality room and beds. Large room. Quiet, but not too far from the center. Some smaller supermarkets near and few minutes by (Yandex) taxi or 20.min walk the rest of the center. Sweet babouschka taking care of everything.

A truly wonderful place surrounded by nature. A stream flows right in front of the property, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. Batyr from the hotel contacted us directly and made sure everything went smoothly. We’re really grateful — and if we come back, we will DEFINITELY stay here again. The house is stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for 4 to 5 people. The breakfast was freshly prepared by hand, very clean, and absolutely delicious. Everything was just right.     Andre and his family are lovely hosts, including his friendly cat. Nice villa, not really central but in a quiet residential area close to river (20mins walk or less than 5mins drive to city centre). Convenience store and a pharmacy right next to the house if needed. Nice fresh homemade breakfast.
