Jill and her team are wonderful hosts.Very welcoming and care so well for the needs of their guests If you value a spacious, comfy and nicely decorated room in a historical building with quite a story and also like recommendations about what to see in the area- this is the perfect place. We would definetetly come back as we felt well from the first contact.It is also the perfect location for the last stay out of the Catlins moving North or the first going South Thank you so much, Jill, hope to come by again

Staying at the Tiny House was a great new experience close to nature. We loved the silence and peace below the big trees. We also loved the sound of the birds singing. The house was very clean, well equipped, and everything worked fine. A small roof above the front door would be more  comfortable, though. We can really recommend staying at Tiny House.

Absolutely fantastic little gem for a couple's getaway! The location and scenery is spectacular. Loved Jack's bay so much. Very quiet and serene at night. Lots of little touches made the stay special - matching and tastefully picked out crockery and cutlery, sharp knives, very comfortable bed with quality linen. Even chip and dip with a bottle of cold bubbles on arrival! Bbq clean and with all the accoutrements - even cleaning wipes. They have thought of everything!! Thank you so much!!

Everything was lovely and the views from the unit were amazing. Our bedroom was great with a comfortable king bed and great shower/bathroom. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very friendly without being intrusive. We were the only guest so had the common area to ourselves as well and enjoyed the excellent included continental breakfast. Highly recommend The Salty Bushman for your stay in The Catlins.

Amazing location and view. Modern with every amenity. Appreciated the light breakfast/fruit and coffee as only one restaurant in town and not opening until noon. So relaxing with the ocean views,smells and sounds. Lovely beach walk.

Apartment had wonderful views, was spacious, and clean. Kitchen utensils were top-notch, knives were sharp which isn’t usually the case! Host was frequently in touch before my stay, and it was very helpful to point out that the only restaurant in town was closed on Sunday, so we could be prepared well before we arrived.

Jenny was so very welcoming (I didn't have the opportunity to see Mike but I'm quite sure he would have been too!). Wonderful comfortable unit with sea view. Couldn't have asked for more. Very handy for exploring the Catlins but I would recommend to also just take the time to relax at this very special place.
