I loved the breakfast. The family of the owner lives on the property and they are such lovely people. The room was neat and clean. The property was just like the pictures. The best part about this property is that it's away from the market which makes it so peaceful and serene. The view was amazing. The sound of the river all day was amazing. The garden was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The owner Siraj is a gem of a person. He took care of all our needs. Made us very comfortable and happy. He also organized transport from the airport and to sightsee as well as transport to our next destination. Also the electricity is very inconsistent in that area but Siraj's place is fully equipped with a backup system for lights, WiFi and cellphone charging. Thank you Siraj .

A super lovely family run guesthouse in a perfect location in skardu. The garden is perfect for relaxing, the rooms are big and clean and the whole family tries to help you with every question. They can organise spontaneously tours to several places for a fair price. We will definitely come back.
