We stayed two nights and had a very good experience here. The Host is a very friendly, young man and helps you with everything you need. Checkin/out was uncomplicated & fast. We loved how new the interior of this apartment is, everything is top-notch. It has a fridge, kitchen utensils, coffee, tea and sugar, pots & pans to cook, washing machine, a very good shower, super new smart TV and a very comfortable bed. Everything was totally clean & in good shape. AC & Heating are also there. Has an extra sturdy lockable door, since it's an apartment block. A very pleasant surprise in a rather dull city like Nukus. The location is maybe a bit outside, but what are you gonna do in Nukus anyways. 5min to a Supermarket & we suggest going to "Premiere Lounge" if you're craving Western food. They have amazing burgers and very good drinks.

The apartment is centrally located, with several cafes and restaurants nearby. Of course, it is just opposite the Savitsky Museum. The rooms are clean enough and comfortable; the kitchen has all the necessary equipment. It's a standard renovated apartment on the uppermost floor of the renovated Soviet apartment blocks. Contact with the host is easy; it is good to contact him using WhatsApp or Telegram to consult the exchange of keys (you need keys instead of code). He can also organize the pick-up at the airport or railway station (although taxis and minibuses are easy to catch as most of them go anyway to the center and close to the apartment).

The apartment itself was very nice. It had a great bathroom, and we made the most of the laundry machine and powder supplied. There was AC in each room. The best part was our host, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay in Nukus. He contacted us before our arrival and organised a transfer for us from Khiva, gave suggestions for things to do in the area and drivers, and was very responsive when we had other requests. The apartment TV even has Netflix!

They speak English and were helpful in finding private transport to the boat cemetery and Khiva. We arrived early on the night train and they allowed us a very early check in. Nearby is the art museum which is worth a visit, the bazar and a very good Turkish restaurant called Sofram. I certainly would recommend this hotel as it is good, clean, well located and they are very helpful.
