An Bang Seascape has a perfect location that is very close to the beach. It is connected to their beachfront restaurant by a few steps. The restaurant offers included breakfast and also tasty paid meals with a menu. The host is friendly and nice which makes us feel at home. The room has a large and beautiful garden in front, our favorite spot to hang out. You don't need to search for beachfront rooms which cost much more, this is more than enough. Also, it's very very new and clean.

We had an amazing stay. So close to the beach and fantastic amenities to use as a family. Hosts were amazing and friendly and so hospitable. Even helped by organising our airport transfers for us. The rooms are a great size, and the pool was loved by us all to cool off after a warm day. Hoping to book a trip again next year!

Everything was fantastic! Location is excellent and a 5 minute walk from the beach. You are within walking distance to restaurants, bars and everything you could need nearby. This accommodation is also down a quiet little side road though so peaceful to sleep at night. Spotlessly clean. The staff are so helpful and let us leave our bags at the accommodation on our last stay before our flight home. They even let us borrow the hotel towels for the beach and let us shower so we would be fresh before our flight! The rooms are spacious, great AC and there is also a lovely rooftop terrace. Would 100% recommend. 10/10

Gorgeous house, spacious, clean and comfortable. Good wifi, 2 big screen tvs. Location couldn’t be better, super close to the beach, and also shops and restaurants. Responsive host who will fix any issues. Lovely Lau comes in the morning to cook breakfast, what a treat!

This place is really nice! It’s clean and the room was huge. Mr. Tan is such a nice and helpful guy! As the other reviews states; the platter with fresh fruit he serves free of charge is delicious. We just stayed there for two nights, but could have stayed much longer! Really recommend it.

Excellent location, 1 min walk to beach. Lovely villa - 3 double bedrooms each on a different floor, all big with en suite bathrooms. Comfortable and well fitted out. Netflix and wifi worked fine. Didn't use the kitchen but seemed well kitted out. Pool and outside area really good, pool not huge but big enough for us. Beach generally quiet - sea lovely and warm. Plenty of restaurants and little shops around An Bang and Hoi An only 10 mins away in taxi. Highly recommend.

    Tan was amazing - so helpful - actually went above and beyond with kindness as we arrived very unwell and he made sure we had everything we need to get through. He made us booked eggs and yoghurt, and even brought us special water with electrolytes. The area is lovely, close to beach and restaurants and everything you need and with Tans local knowledge you cannot go wrong. The experience is not only having a nice room and location ( which this villa does) but to have a wonderful host makes all the difference.

    We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. Situated beautifully right in front of the beach and comfortably accommodating six individuals, this has to be one of the best properties in An Bang. All amenities were included as described, and the pool was cleaned daily. The host was exceptional, helping us with everything we needed, including laundry, transportation, and activities. I would like to thank her personally for everything. We are definitely planning to come back soon.

    This villa is very close to beach and there are many restaurants within a few minutes on foot. Mrs. Linh, this villa's owner, was very kind to us. Even if you don't speak English, she can help you with anything by WhatsApp. We can only listen English a little, so were able to read and understand her messages of this application.

    Absolutely amazing stay, a beautiful clean villa with a lovely pool. The host Tandoan was amazing and really went above and beyond for us. He made us breakfast everyday and arranged our next stay for us, and cheap taxis into the city. Overall an amazing stay and the most I've been looked after in all of SE Asia. Would definitely book again.
