The staff were very helpful at the lodge, from lending a plug adapter to early wake-up calls with coffee. There is an honesty bar for drinks and the option for having dinner at the lodge. There was power backup for when the National grid failed.

We were a party of 5 travelling in Zimbabwe and we stayed at Malcolm Lodge for 3 nights. it is a beautiful place- with lovely gardens and pool. The rooms were a great size and really clean with a fantastic shower. The staff were exceptional- Tracey was very helpful and friendly, nothing was an issue. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Harare

This property is absolutely amazing, and Becky is an exceptional host! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
