The room was spacious and clean. Each room has its own terrace, and there’s also plenty of seating in the beautiful garden. Every morning, we had breakfast in the treehouse overlooking the lake. Gamini and his wife are such lovely hosts. He picked us up from the train station, organized a safari and an Ayurveda treatment for us, and took us on a tour to see Sigiriya/Pidurangala Rock and the temples in Dambulla. His wife prepared delicious dinners and breakfasts for us. They always made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. The Wi-Fi was also good.

Every meal was a lovely home cooked spread, accommodating certain dietary restrictions . One of the best stay experiences I had during my two week trip in Srilanka.

The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, and you can tell that great attention is paid to every detail. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of service and comfort provided. Everything was just perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough! Truly an unforgettable experience.

Wonderful environment with excellent hospitality. Can enjoy bird watching at the pond and the paddy fields. I highly recommend this place.

I will for sure go back if I come again to sri lanka !!

Relaxed and happy vibe to the place with lovely pool area.

The property has pool views and is 10 km from Pidurangala Rock and 11 km from Sigiriya Rock. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. I had the best time at Visu Villa. The staff is super helpful and knowlegable about the area and all things to see and do. The food was great and in the evenings we would sit and talk or hear some music from Mr. Dhilip. I would highly recommend. Big thank you to Ruwan and all his amazing staff!
