You will find a 24-hour front desk at the property. We are really well at Suriya Guest :) we had the breakfast and dinner twice which was delicious. The host was super welcoming and kind. The rooms were spacious and had heating, which was important because we were there when it was only 17 degrees Celcius.

He provided a welcome tea with some Christmas Snacks prepared by his mother and then shared a map of locations which are good tourist attractions nearby. The breakfast was very delicious and will certainly look forward to booking his accommodation the next time I am in Nuwara Eliya.

The host, Namal, was extremely helpful and made sure all our needs were taken care of. A special mention to their wonderful caretaker, Qasim, who was so kind and accommodating — he generously provided us with coffee, creamers, and sugar whenever we asked. The kitchen was well-equipped with all kinds of appliances and cutlery, which made it very convenient for us. We especially loved the decorative touches and the overall vibe of the space. If I could rate it out of 10, I’d happily give it a 100! 🥰 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Nuwara Eliya.

The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious throughout our visit. Everything was well taken care of, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable at all times. The room was clean, spacious, with a balcony overlooking the.green hills, perfect for chilling..There is hot water in the shower, which is really nice in not so hot evening temperatures. The owner was really helpful and kind, he helped me.organise few trips and recommended a reliable ruk tuk driver and offered advice on things to/see and how to do it. I cannot recommend it enough!
