My husband felt very unwell, they helped me take care of him and take care of him - it was very exciting, I felt that I was not alone and that they were there for anything we needed, they were available to us for everything, they made sure that my husband drank a lot of water, they brought him medicine, they were always interested For his safety and when they saw that there was no improvement in his condition, they managed to convince us to go to a hospital and thanks to them my husband received the treatment he needed to receive, we are grateful to them for the concern, care, listening ear and the sense of security they gave us, we felt that they were like our family, their hearts are huge!! ! The next morning they prepared a rich, tasty and healthy breakfast for us and made sure we ate and enjoyed it! The hotel is close to everything and within walking distance to a supermarket, bus station, restaurants, etc. The hotel and the room were pleasant to us and very clean (the room was shiny and they cleaned and changed the sheets every day), the air conditioner was great, we had an outstanding hospitality experience in this wonderful hotel and we highly recommend it and for sure we will come back to stay there again!!! The hosts are very patient, friendly and ready to help always and wholeheartedly!❤️💗♥️

Firstly, Melany’s communication is great, and she gave us all the details we needed pre-arrival, and shared great recommendations upon arrival. We got a lovely warm welcome too - and a beautiful welcome gift. Everything was SPOTLESS. Melany pays great attention to detail and small things like a make-up removal cloth, proper hairdryer and a place to put your mobile phone next to the bed, make a big difference. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was quiet and tranquil, and the view was unforgettable. (She provided earplugs too - just in case.) I highly recommend this establishment (and I’m a seasoned and fussy traveller). It is a few km from the town centre so it was good to have our own car. There is free parking.

It was one of those hotels where you could feel people are doing it with their heart and truly care about making their guests an amazing time. The owner greets you personally, he was always there if we needed something, brought us fresh coconuts from the tree and tropical fruit to try. The staff was super friendly and quick. The food was very good, we loved the breakfast and dinners we had. You also have local coffee and tea in the room which is such a nice gesture. We also got lunches to go for our day trips, in a cooler with ice. The view is also great and we saw so many monkeys and birds and iguanas. Definitely recommend!
