She was kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The cleaner was equally exceptional—thorough, thoughtful, and such a warm, wonderful person. The view was spectacular, sunset was beautiful. Unit #4 (lower level) was perfect as we could step off our patio to the pool, sit on the patio to enjoy our morning coffee in the bright sunlight. Raphaël was absolutely lovely, waiting up for us when our flight was delayed making our nighttime arrival more comfortable. He was always available whenever we had a question about anything. We arranged dinner through Therese & it was absolutely delicious, we had enough leftovers for dinner the next night. We dined at the elevated dining spot overlooking the ocean at sunset, it was magical. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay.

I had an accident and they helped me with an ambulance to the local hospital checked up on me and gave me fresh fruits and flowers from the garden. A very restful, beautiful and peaceful place just 30 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on Praslin. Strongly recommended accomodation.
