The host also picked us up and dropped us off at Buffalo airport for a fee which turned out to be very convenient for us, we didn’t have to worry about transport across the border. She was so sweet and accommodating with great recommendations for dinner and directions. She does everything herself from cooking an awesome breakfast, to cleaning, to reservation help and check-in. She even went way out of her way to make my birthday stay extra sweet! Although this home is not on the river with amazing views, it is in a very quiet neighborhood community with the walking/running/biking trail (which leads into town and the falls about a mile away) just across the street. We had the only downstairs suite with our own private entrance and loved it! There is a cute front porch to relax on and enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Very homey and perfect, especially for the price!

Honestly the best B&B we ever booked ! Joyce is an amazing and friendly host. We really enjoyed our stay of two nights. The breakfast is amazing and we got to choose from 3 different menus (toast with canadian bacon and scrambled eggs or an omelette or eggs benedict) which are then freshly made. Fresh fruits are also available at every breakfast as well as coffee and tea. You can access a fridge with beverages at any time in the dining room filled with water and other beverages and even yoghurt was available. The property is close to the Niagara falls with a nice walkway leading directly to the falls. At night you can enjoy your sleep as everything is very quiet. The rooms are perfectly clean and have everything you need. Thank you for having us in your beautiful house !
