Excellent location in Wattens in front of the Crystal museum, near to Hall in Tirol and Innsbruck, modern new (April 2025) hotel, clean, friendly staff, lovely mountain views, great buffet breakfast and lounge bar, grocery store across the street, parking. Room has large cabinetry for ski equipment, though we came in autum. fast wifi. We would have stayed longer. Will return.

Though the is between the highway a river (Railway station on the other side), noise was not disturbing. Rather calm, relaxing place, with lot of sculptures, paintings. Rooms are modern, well equipped. We did not miss air condition. Kids were enthusiastic about the 2 friendly dog of the house laying around the stairs, main entrance... Location: If you have time walk over the wooden bridge , under the train lines and spend some time in the old city. Castle, Coinery (mint) powered by water wheel... Breakfast was delicious.

We just return to The hotel nine year after the last time we visit it for the first time. In the family wr called it the palace... As we got to the hotel the stuff accept us in a smile with a very caring atmosphere. A new, modern wing has been added to the hotel, but alongside the modernity, there is a very strong emphasis on meticulous, clean design and correspondence to the old design. The rooms are clean and the beds are large and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and the dinner is also delicious. I highly recommend the place to everyone. Next time in Austria I'm sure I will return...

We requested a family room, when we arrived, it was not ready, the front desk staff put us in two rooms, which was ideal for us with an older teenager. The beds were comfortable. Rooms were very nice, the pool was a great added bonus as was the spa area. The bowling alley/bar was busy but the service was spot on. The restaurant was delicious. We really enjoyed our time.

The amenities were the best I’ve ever seen. Host super nice and responsive. Loved the house, whirlpool, kitchen, etc. the ice maker made these Americans super happy! Private backyard and outdoor eating!

    We booked this place for 3 nights. Location in a nice little town not too far from Innsbruck, easy check in, and nice comfortable room and bathroom. Small balcony that provided a good atmosphere to relax. Good breakfast!

    Very clean - rooms were spotless. Lovely breakfast. Very close to bus stops, shops and restaurants. A lift made carrying far too much luggage upstairs easy. Lovely Easter decorations in the hall.
