The hosts Violeta and her husband are absolutely wonderful - it was cold and her husband had already started a wood fire to ensure I stayed warm, whereas she made me hot soup and brought in some sweets as a welcome. The apartment is not where it is listed but I have made a Google Maps entry now, so please search there and it should be easy to find. Location is not bad - about a kilometre outside the town of Vares, which is walkable. Only one point of improvement would be hot water in the boiler - it is sufficient for only one short shower, which is not ideal after a long day of walking.

We had a very good stay at this house. It is spacious and perfect for families, offering everything needed for a comfortable holiday. The location is surrounded by beautiful nature, with calm and pleasant weather that makes it ideal for relaxation. The neighborhood is peaceful, which allowed us to fully enjoy our time. The house was clean and well prepared upon our arrival. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area, where there is a barbecue grill perfect for family meals and gatherings.
