Everything way beyond any expectations!!! I wish I could have rated 20 out of 10 - they would definitely deserve it. Communication, flexibility, pro-active approach to my wishes and changes, even a famous 5* property staff in town might learn here quite a lot. Top of the cake: I was challenged to make my scrambled eggs on my own for breakfast and I was really truly happy, there was no chance for any dissappointment coming from the hotel kitchen:-)

Amazing accommodation in the most beautiful location. We were a group of 5 friends who stayed for 3 nights, we had so much space and were very comfortable. The Kohler family were always available to help if needed. The balcony is perfect!

Very nice stay at this hotel in Switzerland. The staff were friendly and welcoming, everything was clean and the location was convenient - close to the essentials, but also in a quiet area that allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. It offers everything you need for a comfortable and calm stay. Overall, a solid and satisfying experience. Very well connected from Landquart as well as Chur. Right on the Bus stop. The bus links directly to train. I stayed with my mum who is mobility restricted and uses wheelchair. She was okay. Great experience
