Location close both to the train station and to the center attractions. The reception staff was amazing. We got a lot of great recommendations. The room was super clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast had a good variety and even fresh vegetables and fruits. The cool funky design.

The staff, Kai, was super helpful. He gave us relevant info and answered all our questions and did his best to accommodate our requests. The room was very neat and clean. We had everything we needed: tea, coffee, cups, plates, etc. The bed was comfortable. Kai was very responsive whenever I contacted him via WhatsApp. Considering how expensive Basel is, I feel I got great value for what I paid.
