STAFF - I liked them because they were friendly and funny plus they offer you advice and help also.. HOSPITALITY in the first place HOSTEL - it's good for people who'd like to meet new people across the world any age and learn something new.. overall it's a great safe place LOCATION - it's not so far from the city center and I loved that we didn't have to travel for a long time to get there.. it's just few corners away FOOD - I loved that the breakfast was included for us to start a day to explore the place LUGGAGE - even tho the check in was at 15:00.. we could leave a luggage in the locker room without waiting if we came early and that was realiving for us to not walk around the city with the luggage.. Good experience.. I recommend ✨️

Even though others may have stayed before you, the dishwashing liquid and handwash bottles are filled to the brim, aromatic candles are thoughtfully placed around the room, extra duvets are tucked neatly in the cabinets, chocolates await to greet you, and there's an excellent assortment of coffee and tea. The location is another great advantage—perfectly situated between two prominent tram stations, including Universität Irchel, which makes getting around the city incredibly easy. Pablo and Sonia are exceptional hosts. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Their response time is impressively quick, whether on the Booking.com app or via personal contact. When I had to move from one apartment to another, they were unfailingly kind and helpful. On the day I was leaving, I requested a late checkout, and they went out of their way to accommodate it. I will never forget their kindness. It was truly a special stay.

We were very happy with all that this wonderful property has to offer. It’s very spacious and located just a 5 minute walk to Zürich public transportation. The other pleasant feature is its location adjacent to a park and green belt. It was very quiet and pleasant for relaxing, lounging and sleeping. The Swissstay staff is very friendly, thorough and professional. We were in communication from the time I made the reservation until we completed our check out. I highly recommend this property while visiting Zürich. Excellent job Swissstay Team.
