What else can be said about this magical place. The new and spotless hotel is located in a remote location easily accessible by boat from the main pier in Barù. Our suite had three balconies, each facing the ocean from a different direction, sunrise from one, open ocean and shade from the other and sunset from the third one. The staff, including Oscar and Antonio, were great as well as the front desk manager, Jairo, who went the extra mile to made sure our stay was perfect. We highly recommend this place for its charm and relaxing surrounding.

Facing the beachfront, Isla Corona offers 5-star accommodation in Baru and has a garden, private beach area and terrace. Among the various facilities are a bar and a range of water sports facilities.

Everything was perfect, I was spoiled from the beginning to the end. The island is a paradise, the staff super kind, the beer free and fresh! The island is plenty of rare and kind animals and amazing flora. I would definitely recommend it to disconnect and to spend fews days without stress.

I am writing this review from Playa Blanca Baru. One can'' t comprare. In Playa Scondida it was so quiet, so family-like... of course if one likes solitude. The couple who takes care of you- are very nice people, ready to fulfill every wish of yours. All staff were extremely nice and friendly. The place is perfect for 3 days. Thank you for everything.

Everything. The family who run the hotel are absolutely amazing, they were so attentive to our needs and really happy to help with anything we needed. Everything was kept really clean, and whilst the hotel is far away from the main action, it does mean you’re much further away from all the sellers who tend to harass you, as well as in a more quiet and peaceful area. The hotel was just perfect :) the breakfast was really tasty, as were all other meals (I would personally strongly recommend the chicken coconut curry) but you do have the option of other restaurants if you want to wander off. Having said that, the staff do try and accommodate your needs/ tastes if you want something off the menu, although they don’t serve beef or pork to minimise impact on the environment. You can also go paddle boarding for free for an hour and they also have snorkel equipment you can use for free - really couldn’t recommend this hotel any more highly, stay there and you will have the best time!
