The approach of the owner is superb, Mrs. Schultheiss, who is very amicable person with desire to meet all your requirements! The family room is excelent, spacious, cozy with lot of sunlight.

The accommodation in its all aspects was better than expected. Great location, amenities facilities, very attentive and polite host and staff with fully care to all details which at the end makes the real difference between various accommodations. The cozy restaurant, with first class furnished terrace , tasty breakfast, fair choice of continental and traditional meals, vegetable, fruits, pastry, aso all these increasing the value of this place . Coffee/cappuccino, aso ... made of genuine coffee beans ...at no extra charge, gluten and lactose free products are also available. We tried the a' la carte dinner as well with choice of some traditional meals included... in the weekend with (quality) live music. Furthermore about the location: the hotel is located in a quite, green area only 10-15min walking distance to the so called "promenade", with free private parking, tea/coffee terrace, spa area: pool and sauna. However we are not smokers we recognized outdoor designated place(s) (not only ordinary ashtray standing at the entrance of building but with comfortable seats around in the green yard. Last but not least the location is pet friendly. Pets are not only allowed but also welcome in the hotel at a fair daily charge (we have paid 10 €/night). Although our previous other accommodation(s) in KV were satisfactory we have nowhere experienced before similar care and hospitality as in Ritter Spa Hotel where from the first to the last moment of our stay we were treated to feel we are the GUESTS here.

Located right on the riverside concourse, amazing. Luxurious, we can't wait to be back, we're already making plans.

We have stayed in Apartment 13 - really, really spacious. Well equipped, offering privacy

Every thing was perfect, the dining room was spectacular. The rooms were very nice and comfy, we had the feeling we were living the film of Queen Latifah and Gerard Depardieu, amazing place... Relaxing, the feeling of calm and classy were everywhere.

The Hotel is stunning! I’ve been delighted with it and with the gorgeous city as well! The location is excellent, the room was clean. ,spacious and comfortable! The bathroom was clean spacious too ! The breakfast was really good, excellent! The staff are helpful and friendly!

Amazing villa, newly refurbished in style and with hugh quality. Excellent location, especially that there is also a shop nearby. I appreciated a lot having bins for recycling: quite a rarety in accommodation places. The offer of a beer and lemonade from a local producer was another nice element.
