It was a perfect stay! Hotel has its own connection with Franken Therme and it's very convenient to go directly to spa from the hotel room wearing your bathrobe. Special thanks to the receptionist (unfortunately I didn't note his name). A perfect man doing his job with all his soul and attention to the clients. Definitely, the rest of the personal is also magnificent. Breakfast was ideal with a great variety of everything!

Even though the staff spoke little or no English the staff were friendly and helpful. Clean, very comfortable room, warm ( it’s winter), given a ground floor room which was highly appreciated as I have mobility issues. Good wifi, good breakfast. Easy walking distance to town center. Parking on the street which could become an issue in busy times.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Also, pat-friendly! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect – close to major attractions but still peaceful and quiet. We were simply looking for a place to rest for one night on our way to Italy, but what we found was so much more than that. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made us feel completely at home. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But what truly surprised us was the town itself – such a beautiful, picturesque little German town! We hadn’t expected much, but we ended up strolling around and truly enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and charming streets. It’s been a long time since we’ve seen such a lovely place. This wasn’t just a stop along the way – it became a memorable part of our journey. We’re really glad we found this place, and we’d happily return!
