I am a regular customer of this hotel I have been at this hotel also a couple of times in the past and I always choose this hotel in Aswan because if it's great location. Certainly! Here’s a rephrased version of your text: "This time, I was thrilled to stay in a room on the fifth floor in the renovated section of the hotel. The room was brand new, and I was delighted with the updated facilities. Amazing place. Very high quality at a low price. JJ and Mona are wonderful hosts. They helped us with everything and cooked us a wonderful dinner. The included breakfast is great. The place is clean and comfortable with big rooms. The rooftop has a great view over the Nile and the city. I totally recommend this place.

Excellent food - everything is made fresh from the ingerndients grown at the garden which you can actually go and pick your fresh prodduce from. I definitely had the best breakfast in Egypt over here, and I've been around Egypt. Everything down to the bread was made from the fresh produce. The location is gorgeous, a little island just before the beginning of the city before it gets busy with other buildings and structures - this makes you feel like you're actually somewhere remote and serene. The host, what an excellent mind and vibe, really makes you feel welcome and like home. The design of the rooms, the shared spaces, everything was well thought out and made with purpose.

Lovely stay with included breakfast, on top of a beautiful roof with a view of other rooftops. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere; we actually spent a lot of time in the sofa area on the roof. Bibo was an excellent host for us, communicated often and arranged for things like breakfast time and dinner. The place is an excellent value, and the room was very new and clean, with a comfortable bed. Downstairs in the daytime is a cute shop with handmade goods.

An amazing hotel next to the river. The room was clean and tidy. We had the number 1 room for 3 people . It was a big room with 3 windows with an amazing view (the front rooms have also a small balcony to sit outside) The breakfast was nice and the owner also suggested if one day had to leave early to prepare our breakfast for take away.

The host was extremely warm and polite. Hospitality at its peak. Arrangement for various local trips (Aswan + Abu Simbel + Transfer to Luxor) were also taken care of by him at a decent price on short notice. Chatted with him on Egyptian culture, people etc which enriched the experience for us of the whole trip. Loved our stay.

Very peaceful place. Really nice rooms, comfortable beds, very clean. Delicious breakfast. Omer was very helpful whenever we needed anything. This place was paradise after the grit of Cairo. We stayed 4 nights, would definitely stay again if we return to aswan. Elephantine island is lovely.

Very nice hospitality, really appreciate the helpful stuff for taking care of me , room is very clean and AC is working well , they can help you for arranging any trips around like Abu simple and Philae temples, the view from the balcony is amazing and it's just few meters from the public ferry, really enjoyed and will come back soon
