First , the apartment itself it’s really nice and cozy. You feel at home as soon as you arrive.It’s clean and all necessary things to live aka crockery , linen as well as cleaning products . The view from the balcony over the pool and the trees on the horizon is splendid, especially at sunset. Service and reception it’s impeccable and the location close to Yumbo Center is exceptional .

Jorge was very helpful and shared info leading up to my holiday away. The apartment was lovely and clean and well looked after. The location of the apartment was perfect and easy to get to. The building is secure with key access for residents.

Very professional service staff in all areas. A suitable place for everyone, from young families to older ones. Classes are suitable for both adults and children. Different performances every evening. A separate grand piano for vacationers with children in front of the children's playground. No one interferes with each other, even though it is a very big hotel. Great variety of food, worth staying for the food alone. Everything is fresh, varied and delicious for every taste. Everything is perfectly organized during lunch, no matter how many guests there are. Ideal wi-fi, as far as I have stayed, I have not experienced such good internet in all areas of this island until now. Individual adjustment of the confectioner, which saved the day, because the weather in Gran Canaria rises unusually. Until I stayed here, I didn't think that the Canary Islands had such a high standard. The vacationers are diverse, from different continents.

Amazing experience, it's the second year me and my wife are booking this hotel and doesn't disappoint! The location is perfect at just 5-6 min walking from the beach and with many bars and restaurants around to explore. Also a super market just up the street. Easy to get to the bus station as well, at only a couple minutes away.

    The location is simply ideal: very close to the beach, shops and bus stops (including excursion and airport). Very clean. The kitchen has almost everything - dishes, pots, toaster, bottle opener, etc. The bathroom sink was clogged - they fixed it very quickly.
