The space felt airy and modern (recently refurbished) with big windows and beautiful views. Importanly, the pictures on the website are accurate. The bathroom and kitchen amenities were perfect. The home felt secure, the neighbourhood feels safe and neighbours downstairs are sweet. The staff have good attention to detail - everything was in its place. The owner, Eva, was helpful and kind. The owners are really nice and friendly. Especially the first night when we arrived they drove us to the restaurant for dinner (we were travelling by bikes and already had a tour of more than 100 km and > 3000 altitude behind us). Our suite was perfect to relax after some sportive days beforehead.

I mostly liked the amazing kindness of the host! They even brought us milk and tea upon arrival since shoes were closed because of a public holiday! The apartment was so clean and everything was found!

I had a good experence in Lourdes Backpackers. At first, I could find it easilly as a traveler and the ficilities was nice and was kepy very clean. And Jean-Pierre was very smart. So I want to give the highest rating to Backpacker. I will visit here if I will visit Lourdes, again. Very excellent!
