Very tiny but very well provided with all services needed. The bed is very comfortable and at the first floor there is a small living room with everything you need. The apartment is located near few markets where you can buy groceries. Is 25min (walking) from the center of the city. Free parking are always available nearby. I must cheer the two owners that were very nice to me, also they surprised me with a bottle of cider made by pears.

We were met on arrival with the keys to the apartment and fob to access the secure parking. Easy to find the block and also the apartment its self. Lovely apartment with a small kitchenette and lounge area as well as a private bedroom and large bathroom. Excellent communication with the host both on the app and in person.

very nice clean tidy apartment centrally located but peaceful and quiet. Excellent response from the host, I needed accommodation in Caen at short notice following a car breakdown, was very accommodating responding quickly with all instructions and allowing me to check in early. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again
