Fantastic location. Walking distance to everything Sete had to offer. Apartment was modern, spacious and very comfortable. Maxime was vey obliging and met us earlier than expected to check us in. Parking a bonus. Highly recommend.

The location is great, really close to the beach, a supermarket and corniche for coffees and food. The block is a gated so our bikes felt safe (also a parking space if you have a car so that's great). It's really quiet in the apartment, and very private. The balcony is sunny and big and all the facilities you would need are there for cooking and a comfortable stay. There is no air con but this doesn't matter as the wind off the beach creates natural breeze (and we were there in a heatwave), the fan in the bedroom is sufficient. Having a lounger for the balcony and a parasol for the beach were really great! Dominique who met us on arrival and departure was super helpful, a really nice gentleman, always able to get there within 10 mins and was very helpful with an early check in and a late check out because they were able to accomodate that. The owners also reply super quickly on booking.com and are very helpful. It's simple and authentic and it was great value for money. Would definitely come again.
