This hotel was excellent. The concierge was provided me with good advice on services in the nearby area. The restaurant provided an excellent breakfast. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. We had an incredible view of the Tyne river looking east to the High Level bridge and beyond.

Big room with a very confortable bed, fully equipped kitchenette joined together with a very confy living room with couch and tv, very quiet, amazing breakfast that suits all tastes, super friendly and helpful staff, very inviting lounge/breakfast area. The flat is great, the interior looks new and they make good use of the space, it makes me feel comfortable. Two toilets and both with shower is excellent for group of people. The private parking area is really nice for driving.

    Well appointed location for us to visit family in a quiet setting. Our room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and dressed to a high standard. The bed and sumptuous pillows ensured a great sleep. Spacious bathroom with bath & shower again with high spec fixtures and fittings. All the staff especially Pauline at breakfast were so friendly and accommodating to our needs. Restaurant food is of a high quality with plenty of choices.
