There were 3 options for breakfast, that we could select the day before by letting the hosts know. The location is amazing, the view of the mountains is mesmerizing, was very relaxing to sit and drink tea from the terrace. Also is quite close to Telavi and other monuments like the Monastery of Alaverdi or the New and old Shuamta's Monasteries. There is a nice restaurant close to the chalets as well as a traditional winery.

Very beautiful building , very close to the center and supermarkets and the best restaurants in town. Really the girls that run the place were lovely and so kind and ready to help with anything . This was my third time staying in this hotel, I was there by myself once in 2019, later that year I returned with my cousin, and in 2023 I came with my partner. The hotel remains in top shape, well-maintained and meticulously clean. The shower has the best water pressure ever! The reception team went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They've upgraded us to the executive room free of charge which was a very pleasant surprise! We spent a nice romantic evening in the hotel's swimming pool and spa and later enjoyed dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Telavi now offers a lot of creative stays, however I personally would always choose Telavi's Holiday inn for the amazing team that runs it!

Wonderful building full of character, very clean and well appointed. Excellent location, all the sights and several good restaurants and wineries are within walking distance. We wished we could have stayed longer. Special mention to the excellent breakfast and the very friendly and helpful owner who arranged a lovely memorable day visiting nearby sites (monasteries and wineries). He also speaks very good English. Also do try the delicious wine available at the guesthouse.

We only stayed with family for 2 nights, but during that time we received great service from wonderful people! Zurab made our stay absolutely comfortable and cozy. A pleasant and intelligent person with excellent manners and a warm attitude. The atmosphere was like a family home. Very clean, new spacious rooms and a full delicious breakfast with many options! Great location! They also have house wine! I highly recommend it to all travelers and any age) Thank you for the warm welcome ❤️🙏
