A hotel with many facilities. This hotel is more like a resort as it has a lot to offer than just a nice room. The beach, the pool, the spa, the gym, the tennis courts, the shop, the night entertainment are just a few of the things we enjoyed.

1. The staff - from Andreas to Ana to Nikos, this is a family run villa who welcome you like you are long lost friends. Nothing is too much for them and they never ever made us feel like we were hassling them if we needed to call them with anything. We also got fresh eggs, tomatoes, some bottles of water and a lovely welcome gift which was so unexpected but a wonderful start to our stay. They are the most thoughtful, considerate and kindest people I have come across and it would be a pleasure to stay there again. 2. The villa itself - absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures, inside and out. The rooms were clean and equipped with towels, fan/AC, and spare sheets. The bathrooms were really clean and there was hot water available all the time. The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of plates, cutlery, cups, glassware, dishwasher, oven, two fridges, bins bags, washing up liquid and sponges. A mini crib was also put in for my baby. 3. The area - Vasilikos is beautiful and this property is nearby several beaches which are said to be the most beautiful on the island. I'd highly recommend going to Dafni beach if you have a car. There is a supermarket nearby (although expensive so I'd recommend a big Lidl or AB shop), as well as a car rental company and a restaurant just outside the villa, so everything is really convenient.

Outstanding service from check in to checkout, the staff are very kind and attentive to customers’ needs. Amazing rooms, facilities, breakfast, car park, we were also upgraded to a room with own own pool, and Maria and Marilee offered immediately to extend our checkout when they knew that we had a night flight. Second time at the Bitzaro, same fantastic experienxnce !! The people working there are so friendly, they do everything to make your vacation better !! The rooms are clean, the food is good, the all-in has enough choices... If you want to have a good hotel experience at Zakynthos, don't hesitate and go there !! Good job !! We had a superb experience staying at Asteri Studios. Vasso contacted me as soon as I made the booking. She waited for us with bottled waters and the keys once we arrived at the Studios. She noticed that we cooked so provided olive oil and even a bottle of rosé! :) She even printed our boarding cards for our flight. Cleaning was daily and spotless. The location was good for beach and for restaurants and bars as well. This was one of the places that offered aircon without extra charge and mosquito net. These were important for us and came handy.
