The place is great. It’s very very clean and the people working are super welcoming. They helped us out with everything, arranging the ferry to Gili T for the next day and cabs to have dinner and harbour. A very recommendable place! Breakfast is included and abundant. Very worth it

Super convenient and helping. They helped us organize a shuttle from the airport that we could pay in card, we arrived after their regular Check in hours and they still welcomed us. The breakfast is brought in the room with a beautiful view and they dropped us at the harbor for our ferry with their motorbike, free of charge. Wonderful service!

Micheal and his staff provided customer service that was above and beyond expectations! The rooms are pefectly set up for what every diver or water sports enthusiasts wants - ie, lots of space to hang wet things and lay dry things out, lots of smartly spaced electrical outlets for charging, desk space for working or assesmbling gear, hot water shower and kettle in room for warming up after a day in the water, massage servicesm and an on-site restaurant that is open late. The location is only a minute or so from the ferry port and right on the beach from where all the diving an snorkelling boats depart from each day, so it is super convenient and well located. I was on business and am already dive certified, but they also offer dive certifucation lessons here and I have 100% confidence from what I have seen as a longtime diver that Micheal and his crew are top-notch! Having stayed there twice in one month (and with a friend who booked there 3 times), Absolute Scuba is the ONLY place I would consider staying in Padang Bai! Thank you for the excellent accomodations and service, everybody!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean, I'd go as far as saying very clean by Indonesian standards. Stayed one night to get an early ferry to Gili Air, they made breakfast half an hour earlier then they actually opened to accommodate us. One of the better breakfasts we've had so far. Easy to walk to the ferry. Small shops in close vicinity, and ATMs. Not the best location to look at, but the kept it clean outside and in.

It’s an ideal place to stay in Padangbai en route to Gili Islands. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and good value for money. The team were lovely and the breakfast delicious. The location is central and close to the ferries.
