Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, with a spotless and well-maintained bathroom. The breakfast was a highlight—highly recommend trying the noodles, pancakes, and, of course, the coffee! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect for exploring North Bali, and one of the best parts is that you can walk to the breathtaking Sekumpul Waterfalls. A special thank you to Agus, the hotel’s driver, who made our trip even smoother with reliable transfers. He speaks English well, drives safely, and offers fair prices—highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Staying at D’Kailash Retreat was one of the highlights of our trip to Bali. The wooden bungalows are simple but really comfy, with good mattresses and everything you need to feel at home. The people at Ananda were really amazing, they totally made our stay. We got welcome drinks and they helped my girlfriend when she got sick. The food there was also good! When your there i would also recommend doing the waterfall tour with them, good price and amazing experience. The guide was wonderful, knew all the good spots and great photographer. All in all would really recommend this place, it was splendid.

The term hidden gem gets used a lot but this place is very special. It's tucked away in a quiet part of Sambangan near the Aling-Aling waterfall. The facilities are comprehensive, thoughtful and beautifully presented with flowers everywhere. Food was excellent, accommodation atmospheric and well provided for.

We liked everything and we would like to come back for more nights the next time. The staff is very kind and upgraded us to a better room with an amazing view of the valley and a waterfall because we were on our honeymoon. The room was big with a huge comfortable bed. It had a nice terrace were you could have any meal you wanted - we had our breakfast. We had to leave early the next day and they brought us the breakfast to our room earlier than the normal hour. They also came to help with the luggage when our driver arrived without us asking for it. The pool is big and clean with an awesome view and you can enjoy drinks and food from the restaurant. We also had dinner there and it was very good.

Brand new (August 2025). Interior and exterior decoration with eye for detail. Great beds. Good breakfast (included !) interesting trips to be done from Lovina and proposed by owner. Very very friendly staff and owner. Recommended !!
