The house is extremely charming. Especially the breakfast area in the wintergarden that looks upon the park-like garden is enchanting. Lots of birds singing outside. Jim is a great host, we felt at home at his place. (Not suitable for people with cat allergy.)

Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit every morning, good tea and good coffee, super bread and croissants! Very good beds, a nice house which feels like home, with a peaceful countryside view, and even some calves feeding in the "wild flowers" garden part! Pam is welcoming, 'est aux petits soins', dedicated to us, with very good advice to go into Dublin or for pubs!!! and her husband is very attentive and nice too! We lived everything about our stay at Dunderry Lodges. #3 lodge is one bedroom with a sofa bed and it suited our needs perfectly. Everything is sparkling clean and the kitchen is well equipped for catering a family of four. The lush countryside is beautiful and peaceful. We used this is a base for exploring the area over a few days and it was magical.

The Lodge was very comfortable in a rural setting. The bed was very comfortable and the living area spacious. I didn't expect any breakfast but we were pleased to discover eggs were provided for us to cook breakfast.
