Fantastic getaway in a beautiful and quiet location ! Very friendly owner & staff. Comfy and well-equipped pods, everything you need is either in there or in the communal area. Very clean. Will be back ! :-)

Great location across the road from the beach. Lovely, warm and comfortable.

The pod looked exacly like the pictures, it was really clean and tidy and the sauna was perfect and easy to use

The owner was very helpful when we arrived with our tired 4 year old and provided a basket of small toys which was really helpful and made me a needed cup of tea.

This was a lovely accommodation in a great area. It was modern and clean with a great view. There was a nice outside area with a picnic table. We didn't use the sauna, but there was clear instructions provided, along with recommendations for the nearby area. Would highly recommend!

Margot and John Joe were one of the sweetest people I have ever met. They helped me with travelling advice before my stay. They even drove me from Dungarvan center to their BnB. As I was travelling alone they offered me to take me to see the horse races in Tramore. Even though we had just met, they even drove me around the Copper Coast and took me out to dinner to a wonderful local village pub! Best hosts ever. It was a fantastic day, and I was able to learn about the Irish culture. The room was very peaceful - a perfect place to feel cozy and relax. Margot and Joe John make you feel at home. They are attentive to each detail. The whole house was cleaned perfectly - definitely the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen and I have traveled a lot. The bed matress was really really comfy and the shower was nice and big and I had a hot shower. The cows and horses add to the charm of the country house. And there is so much amazing countryside to visit around the BnB but also in the villages around. But it's also a very quick drive to Dungarvan town so you can do the Greenway bikeride or have fun in the pubs or party in the city too. I was travelling by bus and it was easy to get from Waterford to Dungarvan with the bus. I also took the bus to Cork. The breakfast was huge and the hosts offered to cook more and were attentive to all my needs, making sure I had everything I needed. Best place I stayed in Ireland by far! And probably the most relaxing house I have ever stayed in. Honestly best hospitality I have ever seen (and this is coming from a person who has traveled a lot and knows about hospitality). Margot and John Joe are the sweetest people. If you want to relax in the countryside and visit the south coast of Ireland Coolcormack Stud BnB is THE place to be.

The location is absoultely fabulous. You are right in the Coomeragh mountains and at the same time really close to Dungarvan and to the beach. The views at the property are stunning. The hosts is so kind and so accomodating. The house has absoultely everything you could need or want. This property is an absoulte gem. It is also really Versatile because it is near so many different activities and atractions. Also the property is fully accesible to People in wheelchairs. I highly recommend this property

The overall atmosphere was unique, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were very helpful with suggestions of shat to do and where to eat. The breakfast and evening drinks were wonderful.
