The staff are very kind and helpful. We were leaving for the airport at 4am in the morning. They helped us book a taxi and even prepared a breakfast-in-a-bag to take with us. Also, they were very patient as we don't speak Italian.

    The location was great, so close to the airport. It was great to have the free shuttle bus to and from the airport, as well as to the local trade fair. The room was very clean. Great to have a kettle and mini bar which I used as a mini fridge. Pleased that the Spa was operating and I used it on my last day. The pool was wonderful. The hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel was really close to a large supermarket and sports shop. The local bus stop which goes into the city wasn't far away either.
