Breakfast was excellent and the location too. Wonderful house, the receptionist was great. Wish our room were not in the loft as my father was 72. Climbing two set of stairs was not easy for my father. But the other aspects of the stay overshadows this limitation. Will stay again.

Authentic Italian experience, family run. The homemade breakfast was fantastic, best lemon cake! Filippo was a perfect host, full of information about Padua, and made using the trains and tram easy. He even shuttled us to the train station himself. The room was cozy and clean.

It was a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The hotel it's a gem💎 in this wonderful place. It's a first time we have visit the abano terme and we will definitely keep it in mind for the next times as a stop before returning to our country. Everyone on the stuff is extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful. Of all the hotels across Europe we have been, it was the only one that made us feel as comfortable as at home. Well done to all of you, it was a pleasure to meet you!! Very clean hotel and room, amazing pool with hot thermal water, fantastic and very high quality breakfast! A quiet location and yet only a few minutes walk to cafes and restaurants. A few more minutes to the main piazza and the bustling heart of Padua. The apartment had a nice little kitchen, which was great when a ‘home’ cooked meal was desired. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming and they had some useful advice on the nearby tourist attractions.

    Spaceous, clean room and bathroom in a new por recently renovated part of the hotel, in the quiet back part. The double bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Excellent shower. Great breakfast buffet for a very affordable price. Very friendly and helpful staff.
