The best apartment in town. It is located in the center, supermarkets, restaurants, beaches nearby. The owner lives there and he is very helpful. We had problem with the previous apartment, we needed to leave early in the morning. He made the place for us earlier so we were not homeless :-) there is waching machine. The balcony js lovely. Big terrace will be ready soon. The AC is really cold. You can hang your clothes on the balcony, so you feel like an italian. All the rooms are super clean and the furnitures are new.

absolutely stunning property. Beautifully decorated. Top quality. lovely breakfast. The grandfather bought us over fresh figs, plums and some prickly pear. As you enter the property soft music is playing with subtle lighting. We enjoyed the company of the cat family. A car is necessary. Peaceful location. One of the best Booking.com properties we have stayed in.

Francesco the owner is there if you need anything, or need help or advice. He's brilliant! And speaks several languages. The pool, views and location are amazing. It's high on the hill with uninterrupted views, and a great place to return to each day. We stayed 10 days and sometimes just sat in the garden looking at the view all day. The 1-bed apartment is good. It has a hob, fridge freezer and coffee machine. The studio is even better equipped with an oven. Francesco serves traditional Italian food for breakfast and we had wonderful cakes to start, followed by tomatoes and Basil with a dressing on little toasts. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend.

    Our host Daniella was incredibly friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, spacious and in a perfect location with a short walk to restaurants, bars, the beach and very close to the train station. I would recommend to anyone travelling to Monopoli.

    Warm, gracious and friendly staff, the room was spotless and comfortable, everything functioned perfectly, I really appreciated the Italian language help, the location was perfect, the restaurant reccomendation I got was fabulous and affordable... the list goes on, definitely the last stop on my tour of puglia was the best.
