The owners are very nice and accommodating. The apartment is very clean, it has all needed equipment and it has an interesting vibe. It feels like you are in an ancient house but everything is modern and comfortable. The location has a really nice view to the valley. The house is 20 minus drive from Monopoli but it ia quiet and it is a great runaway from the hectic city.

absolutely stunning property. Beautifully decorated. Top quality. lovely breakfast. The grandfather bought us over fresh figs, plums and some prickly pear. As you enter the property soft music is playing with subtle lighting. We enjoyed the company of the cat family. A car is necessary. Peaceful location. The apartment is spacious, light and airy with stone walls, vaulted ceilings, beautiful tiled floors and two balconies. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the hosts was excellent and check in was very easy, being met at the apartment by friendly and helpful Mari, who also let us leave our bags in the apartment for a couple of hours after we checked out. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the beautiful old town and has handy stores nearby for any provisions you may need. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The owners were such friendly people first of all! And their dog the sweetest. The accomodation was clean and contained everything we needed. The bicycles provided were well equipped (lights, good breaks, gears, they even installed a phone holder for us) and very convenient to reach the city center (although not all roads were cyclist-friendly but that’s Italy).

Very pleasent owner who allowed us to leave our bags earlier than the check in time. We had a great time, everything is exactly as it says on the booking or even better. The place is very well kept and clean. Also the location is great because you are right on the brink of the old town centre. 10-15min of walk to the beach but we dont mind that at all. Also you are able to put the small white table on the little step on the entrance and have a small "balcony" to drink a bottle of wine.
