it is really overwhelming when it comes to choosing a right place to stay in the lake como area, and we definitely got so lucky to stay here! Roberto is amazing, a true gem, helped us out with so many insight recommendations and just had such a cool vibe to him. the hotel is located in a quiet town very close to everything. honestly wish we could stay longer. the room was spacious and got cleaned every day, filled up with water and some snacks. on the ground floor there's a restaurant that is connected to the hotel, serving traditional food and drinks, it came in handy.

The building is old and charming, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is amazing, extremely polite and sweet young people, who speak great English. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, everything we tried was amazing, the service was great. We cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. Hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay — always smiling and ready to assist. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options each morning. Nice view of the lake and probably the best value for money on Como lake in my opinion. The hotel is practically new and everything is just as expected: clean, comfy and cozy. Considering that the building is more than 300 years old I love how they kept many interior details untouched. Regardless of everything inside being high-tech and modern equipped, you get the vibe of the late baroque or early renaissance that come from these details. The location is perfect, there are bars and restaurants around the hotel and across the street by the lake. Also there is city of Lecco, which is a big enough city to get you anything you might left back home before your trip. And than there is Andrea, the manager of the hotel that I can't thank enough for making our stay as best as possible. We might have been high-maintenance guests at a few moments, but he fixed our “touristy challenges” like a pro :) For the last part, the one thing that will stay rooted in memories was the piano that plays music by itself. If you stay there, you should hear and see that thing playing. It's an experience for itself.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The homemade breakfast was a true highlight—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared each morning. The location is convenient for exploring many must-see attractions in the area, though having a car is necessary. Simone and his family were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had all the tips and support we needed to make the most of our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

    Definitely one of the BEST hotels I've ever stayed in. The location, the service, the room, the views, everything was absolutely incredible not to mention it's unbelievably affordable. I stayed in this room & the lake view from my balcony was just phenomenal. It's run by a lovely family, very welcoming people. My heart was truly filled with joy. Left with a big smile :)

    We loved our stay here. The location of the hotel is spot on . Eating breakfast whilst watching the windsurfing was a perfect start to the day. Ample free parking which is such an added bonus. The rooms are spotless and we were made to feel so welcome by the hosts . I love the italian people and the hosts lived up to that expectation. They were welcoming, kind and encouraging as I tried to speak italian to them ( not well I may add ). Definitely want to go back to experience it all again... Grazie mille ....Arrivederci...

    Amazing, a real hidden gem run by the loveliest couple, Carlo & Cristina, who went above and beyond, its basic but very clean and very homely, felt like we were staying with family. Good breakfast choices with homemade cake every day!Lovely quiet location on the edge of the lake with stunning views,but it is easy to get about by road, car, bus, and lake ferry. We would highly recommend staying here,it was nice after a busy day out to come back to this tranquil little corner of the world.

    Absolutely great location on the shore of Lake Como this family run hotel is on a very quiet road without through traffic. No problems adjacent parking. Facilities a little basic but very clean and comfortable rooms with balconies offering great views. Owners and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.
