Very nice place to stay in Madaba. The room was clean and confortable and the staff was very nice with us and our baby. The breakfast buffé was good and they offered to make omelettes for us. The last day, they also prepared the buffé earlier for us because we were going to the airport at 7 am. Coffee, tea and water are available 24/7. The city center of Madaba is 10-15 min away walking, but area is nice to walk and has many shops. Highly recommended hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome - friendly, attentive, and always available with helpful advice, local tips, and thoughtful recommendations. What really sets this place apart is the personalized approach to hospitality. Nothing is too much trouble; the host goes above and beyond to ensure every guest’s needs are met, adjusting everything with a smile. Communication was seamless and prompt via WhatsApp, with responses that were clear, helpful, and almost immediate. The breakfast was another highlight - homemade, delicious, and prepared with care. The facilities themselves are beautifully maintained and very comfortable, creating a cozy atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. Located in the heart of Madaba, the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city. The host’s connections and local knowledge also enhanced our experience with excellent recommendations for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. We would gladly return to Blue Stone Hotel on a future visit - it’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommended!
