The service provided by the manager Otoman, was above and beyond our expectations. We were exhausted and had a few bits to sort out: money, phone, driver etc. we blinked and everything had been resolved 😊. Just like that. Brilliant service. Also, it is a great choice if you only speak English.

This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in, and definitely the best during my trip in Morocco! It is run by the loveliest family, who go out of their way to help you out. I was even taken up to and shown the archaeological sites nearby. Omar got up early to open the outside door so I could go on my morning run. The room was beautiful and the food exceptional (and the amount of food!) Omar's soup is divine. After four nights in the craziness of the Fez medina, it was a perfect, quiet and relaxing place to be. It is worth travelling to the region just to stay here.

Great kasbah, modern but stylish, very convenient, like a hotel but in traditional form. Mud made walls, exceptional experience, pool, inside terrace, exceptionally good breakfast, we have really appreciated staying there.
