The staff was excellent, everyone took such a good care of us, check in and check out were done perfectly, the pick-up from the airport is well organised, the breakfast was excellent. The Internet connection was also reliable. The location was amazing. Recommendations from the hotels regarding organised tours to Chan Chan, Moon Temple and El Brujo, was really valuable, we have fantastic guided tours thanks to the hotel recommendation. Also restaurant that hotel staff recommended were top notch. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place. Oscar and his family was brilliant and went over and above to make my stay perfect. I am bike touring and they helped me with a couple of things while fixing my bike. Me and Oscar rode to Chan Chan where he is a guide and he gave a great tour in English. Highly recommended.

Great location. Nice room, very clean. The staff were extremely helpful. They set me up with a tour of the local sites, and helped me in dealing with bus line cancellations due to blockades. Excellent value and support.
