We had a wonderful stay! The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the room was spacious, making our experience very relaxing. We have been backpacking for a month around Philippines so we slept mostly in cheap hostels. This accomodation was a luxury for us. Our room were very spacious, the facilities still looks new, we love the solid wood materials they used for the rooms. Rooms are soundproof so you wouldn't be woken up by the highway noises or dogs barking. You can watch netflix as well. Location is not near city center but we prefer it that way as we want to be far from the chaos.

Nice room, with aircon and very clean. Great location, close to amenities and restaurants. Feels very homely, great facilities and quiet in the evenings. The owner gave lots of good recommendations and helped organised transport and tours. I even left my passport at the hostel and he organised a taxi to drive it to the airport for me so I didn’t miss my flight.

It is exactly how the picture shows a room should be. Expectation meets reality. Its homey, very clean and comfortable. The location is quiet. The first travel to the house was made challenging by google but we found an easier way.
