This friendly little place really is a gem on Malapasqua. 7 nice rooms around a green garden. It seems to be a post covid place and everything is in immaculate order. This place had everything I was looking for. Hot shower, Aircon, private bathroom, outdoor sitting area....and no cockroaches! Spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable room. Soap, toilet paper and towel supplied. Spacious bathroom with a shower curtain and GOOD water pressure. Excellent WiFi. Friendly and welcoming staff. The room even had a fan as well, if you prefer that. The Aircon was fantastic. There's a genial placed drying rack with hangers under the Aircon, which can be moved out a bit. You won't have damp clothes here. Very nice private furnished terrace right outside the room, with tables and chairs in the right hight. It stays dry there even if the rain is coming down in buckets, which it did for an entire day. It was even light on the balcony and a drying rack for wet clothes. Not a single bug in the room. Walking distance from the port and just a few minutes from the beach. There's a superb little eatery next door with cheap prices. And just down the street is a rustic shop that has cold beers. What more do you want.

Best hotel in the Philippines! This was my fourth stay at Tepanee Beach Resort. The Italian owners are great, so welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my chats with Andrea each day. Their marine reserve is absolutely amazing. My son and I went snorkelling with the black tip reef sharks several times a day - this was an absolute highlight. They have a small gym on site which functions quite well and the view from the bungalows are stunning. Can't wait to come back again.

I had a great stay here and ended up extending. The owner and staff are very nice. The place is very clean and comfortable. AC in the pods works well and it is very convenient to store your things and get a nice rest with some privacy in between your dives. It is well-located a short walk from the main area.

Amazing place and wonderful people who made me feel like a part of a family. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Close to the port and right next to the beach. Quiet at night, a perfect place to disconnect and rest. Internet connection is good. It allowed me to have video calls. Has a shared kitchen so you can prepare your own meals. But try their delicious food at the vegetarian/vegan restaurant Villa Potenciana. There are not many places I'd love to come back to, but this one is definitely one of them. Thank you, Tribal Huts family, for all the beautiful memories 🧡

-Chona is the most wonderful host -Saidi and other workers are extremely friendly -You always get cleaning, fresh sheets and towels, if you ask for it -there's a kitchen and you can store food in chona's fridge -the rooms 9, 10, 11 are very quiet -Wifi (10/10 Mbit) speed and reliability was fine during my stay -good location, restaurants and stores are nearby, the beach is too. -Chona (the co-owner) treats her employees very well, which is not a given -There was a table and little chair so I could work on my laptop I absolutely loved my stay and was very sad to leave. I came for 5 days, stayed 3 weeks :)

Excellent location, a short walk from the ferry pier and about a 10-15 minute walk to the southeast part of Malapascua (if, for example, you are diving with Evolution Divers). Short walk to the night market, and lots of shops / restaurants / etc. nearby. Staff was attentive and friendly, and quick to address any questions or concerns we may have had. Adjacent to the property is a nice beach, and while we didn't swim in it, it was an amazing location to have a beer and watch the sunset. If you're fortunate enough to have a room with a beach view, the sunset through the window looks like a painting.
