This is in a fantastic spot, 5min from the ferry. I had the terrace room which had lovely views. you can access your choice of resorts for a small fee. Mia is the best host and chef! Tuk tuk charges 350pesos but it's just a few minutes from the ferry. Recommend Samal transport to hire a scooter at 350 pesos a day you can then fully explore the rest of the coast. you won't be disappointed! Mia was kind enough to offer dinner, so if she has ingredients available you may get a treat for a very reasonable price!

. I love it that that they offer free coffee and drinking water. Super bait and accomodating ng host they even stored our luggages since gabi pa flight namin back to Cebu. Very quick response everytime u need assistance. They even called a taxi for us.

It is very close to the airport and the pool is a nice bonus. Also the bed was extremely comfortable, there were four nice pillows and it was a great night's sleep with good A/C and it was quiet at night.

Very Close to the Barge going Davao City. It is close to the market where you can buy all you need and very accesible with public transportation called Umbak/trysikel/tuktuk. The road wasn’t developed that well yet,expect bumby road but over all its very convenient. its a must place to stay for a family of 8 adults like us! The location of the place is secluded away from the bustling traffic where you enjoy relation. Patches of mini-forest vacant creates a countryside atmosphere, you can still hear the birds sing. In the main road there are and food and shops especially pharmacy to easily get your needs. The property is a spacious and well ventilated 70's home. The breeze could easily pass in and out of the house, innovative way of cooling. During our stay it was about to rain and was refreshing to feel the cool breeze. Being a 70's home, it gives off a nostalgic vibe of the happy past dwellers. It is advisable to book with a group of friends, the place is really big. Family reunions would befit the place. The caretaker is very accommodating and nice. The guard dogs are eager to see new visitors.
