We liked the location of the hotel and the quick response of the owner of the apartments: Musa left a parking space near the hotel, helped with check-in. Everything went quickly and positively. The apartment is clean, nice, with kitchen, Turkish hamam, large roof deck. There's a beautiful place for breakfast. Plus, we happened to be on republic day and watched the parade during breakfast. Musa allowed us to stay longer at no extra charge and we were able to enjoy the festivities and then pack up for the road in peace. It was a very pleasant experience. Next time we would like to stay here. Thank you Musa for your hospitality!

I had a brief but pleasant stay in Bursa. The hotel was comfortable and well-located, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions.     Everything, the location was central, close to metro and bus links. Most destinations were at walkable distance. Staff were all very helpful and had lovely smiles. There were certain staff manning reception that spoke good English and were really helpful. They went above and beyond making our stay very comfortable and assisting us with all sorts of queries. Fatima was my favourite, she was lovely and made sure our room was spotless and maintained. Overall would definitely stay there again and highly recommended.

    Staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help out wherever they could. Absolutely amazing service at all times 10/10! The location was ideal with easy drive to Uludag Ski centre and a stones throw from a shopping mall across the road. The room was very clean, spacious and airy. Overall very good stay at Le Luxe and will definitely be returning!
