Just everything was amazing! The staff is incredibly welcoming and polite. The food is the best we ate in Jambiani and Paje!! The rooms are big and clean and coming with a one million dollar view! We liked everything about this hotel. The staff is supernice and helpful at all times. They helped us with several activities outside of the hotel during our stay. The pool area is beautiful, the restaurant is cozy and the rooms are always clean. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant everyday and it was great. Don’t forget to ask for ”today’s special” when ordering dinner. Once again, all the staff are great but a special thanks to MJ and Lissa. If you’re going to Jambiani make sure to spend a few nights at Zen, you won’t regret it! All the best from Elin and Jonathan.

This was my first stop in Zanzibar and i regret i did not stay longer! This place is amazing!!! Loved everything!!! The room is perfect, amazing view over the sea, good bed and very good curtains to keep the room dark in the morning! The infinity pool is beautiful and big enough to have a good swim! The sunbeds are also very comfortable and they have umbrellas so everybody can lay in the shade. The staff is also amazing! Very sweet and willing to help with everything, always with a big smile on their face! Food and fresh drinks also amazing! I really felt at home and would love to come back!

The property is just a little gem. We had a very nice reception by Selina and other staff. We got an upgrade in a newly built appartment for our little family and we enjoyed the holidays really. The food was very good. It‘s also a good place for single travellers - especially women.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Loop Beach Hotel. From the moment our group arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. I’d like to especially mention January, Lucy, and Veronica for their outstanding hospitality—though every single team member played a part in making the stay memorable. The hotel was spotless throughout, and the flexibility offered by the staff made everything feel easy and stress-free.
