A bunch of us stayed here for an early Thanksgiving family reunion. The rooms were spacious and had clean kitchen facilities. The opportunity for rooms with a second area was very helpful for the families who had little ones. The breakfast was good and a convenient way to start our day. We also rented out the meeting room for an evening of take out dinner which worked out great. Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. Shout out to Muhammed who took a fabulous family photo for us!

Great location with access to I-290, with plenty of restaurants and shops near by. This a 1st time staying and we were pleasantly surprised of the size of the rooms and comfy beds. Something else we liked was how bright the rooms were, not dull dark colors. We made use of the pool and a decent breakfast that is offered was refreshing. Also the staff was great checking in as we had booked for one night but needed to stay for two, no problems and more than helpful getting the best possible rate.

Fantastic, smaller hotel, with impressive design and furniture. Bads are so comfortable and room was extra specious! It is located close to city center, in a quiet area. We arrived very latat night, but we were expressly checked in, wiith all instructions, via phone call. It would be ideal if there was a breakfast option too. This is not a minus, just a wish. Everything else was perfect! We are definetly coning back!l.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. We stayed only for 1 night before catching an early morning flight and the location was great. Across the street from the airport. We would stay here again if flying out of Buffalo.

It was a really cleaned room, well spaced out. The breakfast was good although I didn’t like those sausages and I love breakfast sausages. The attenders were very nice from the front desk to the guy bringing out the hot fresh coffee.

Breakfast was great, staff very pleasant, location was perfect since we were there to shop in Amherst….smell was excellent walking in the halls with a mist of a very mild pleasant clean odor…the only problem was our door must have been missing a spring, so it kept slamming upon closure… other than that, I was very surprised that this chain exceeded my expectations!!! Will return again to this location… oh and the price was crazy cheap, even with our USD-CAD exchange, it was an excellent value!

Cute room and comfy bed. Very clean with great attention to detail, which was appreciated. Great location and close to shopping. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast which was included...waffle maker, bagels, danishes, yogurt, eggs, ham...Would stay again.
